This building complex is the perfect place for those who want to be in the centre of the action. We offer fully equipped apartments and also a high-speed internet connection. In the common area, you can watch LCD TV or do your laundry. There is an elevator in the building. You can stay here in a fully equipped apartment, which has 3 double rooms that vary in size. If you don't want to share a room with someone else, you can rent one just for yourself.

The building complex Behounska is located in the historical centre of the city, next to namesti Svobody (The Liberty Square). The centre of Brno is characterized by dense buildings, mainly consisting of historical houses. The centre is dominated by the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul (Petrov) and Spilberk Castle. The city centre is an administrative, economic and cultural centre as well as a transport hub. Běhounská Street is a popular place to sit in the evening in the gardens of bars, cafés, wine bars and restaurants in the warmer months.
