Are you looking for comfortable housing in a quiet location near the city centre? Our building in Kunzova Street offers you sunny and spacious rooms with high-speed internet. There is of course a washing machine and fridge. 

From your apartment, it's just a short walk to the largest and oldest park in Brno, called Lužánky. You can practice yoga, train slackline, have a jog, play tennis, petanque and volleyball, use the outdoor gym, enjoy a cup of coffee or just relax on the grass. There are also cosy coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants nearby. A public transport stop is just a few minutes from the apartment.

You can choose single or double room. If you prefer privacy and living alone, you can rent a whole room. Or do you want to stay with a group of friends? We also offer an apartment for 7 guests. The Mendel University is a short 5-minute walk away, the centre is easily reached by walk in 15 minutes.
